About the position

As a Cybersecurity Operations Project Delivery Analyst at Citi, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) Book of Work and related transformational projects. This position is designed for an experienced project management analyst who will help organize, plan, and prioritize various project initiatives within the CSO framework. You will be responsible for driving transformational efforts alongside the greater team, ensuring that the CSO strategy is effectively communicated and maintained across teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Reporting to the CSO SSR Group Manager, you will also have joint accountability to the Global Heads of the Cybersecurity Fusion Center and Cybersecurity Operations. In this role, you will support the organization and prioritization of CSO initiatives, driving effort prioritization between CSO and partner teams. You will create and manage comprehensive project plans, navigate internal processes, and support investment collection and planning for CSO teams. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in solution implementations under the guidance of the Solutions Architect, communicating progress on the Cybersecurity Book of Work/projects, and managing stakeholder meetings for solution definition, development, and production. Additionally, you will contribute to vendor exploration, relationship establishment, and negotiations, while assisting in developing and running the framework of Operations Strategy for CSO. You will coordinate regular strategic planning reviews with CSO teams and manage internal project management and onboarding processes for project delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and dynamic priorities, ensuring that all project initiatives align with the overall goals of the Cybersecurity Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Supports project organization and prioritization of CSO initiatives
  • Drives effort prioritization between CSO and partner teams
  • Creates and manages project plans including all internal process navigation
  • Supports investment collection, planning, and refinement for CSO teams
  • Assists in solution implementations under direction of the Solutions Architect
  • Communicates progress on Cybersecurity Book of Work/projects
  • Manages stakeholder meetings for solution definition, development, and production
  • Supports ongoing management of Cybersecurity products and projects
  • Contributes to vendor exploration, relationship establishment, and negotiations
  • Assists in developing and running the framework of Operations Strategy for CSO

  • Manages internal project management and onboarding processes for project delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing and delivering Cybersecurity projects in Agile environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Jira or other project management tools
  • Hands-on project delivery experience in Agile development and managing vendors and consultants
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across complex and highly regulated organizations
  • Diverse problem-solving experience gained from driving change-leadership activities
  • Ability to structure less defined requirements into measurable tasks and milestones
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in from multiple levels of stakeholders and peer teams
  • Strong organization skills and experience managing many tasks and dynamic priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to listen to and collaborate with a wide range of peers and stakeholders to ensure solutions appropriately support critical needs, while considering resource availability

  • PMP/PgMP or equivalent certifications preferred
  • CISA, CISSP, CISM or equivalent security certification, or the willingness to obtain within the first year of employment
