About the position

As a Senior Associate in our Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics team, you will tackle critical business and data protection challenges for our clients. This role involves driving strategic programs, data analytics, and technical implementations to enhance cybersecurity resilience. You will collaborate with top professionals in the field to design and implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats and support business objectives. Your contributions will help organizations manage technology systems efficiently, detect and respond to threats, and create sustainable security solutions at an enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Develop solutions focused on security and integrate technology systems for operational improvements.
  • Detect, respond, and remediate cybersecurity threats.
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
  • Delegate tasks to provide stretch opportunities and coach team members.
  • Propose innovative solutions to problems and develop new ideas.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Communicate effectively and influence others in a structured manner.
  • Build quality, diverse relationships and modify behavior based on situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCSP, OSCP, or Palo Alto are preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity and privacy.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as OCC HS, FFIEC, GLBA, NY DFS, GDPR, and industry frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, COBIT, ISO, and PCI.
  • Experience with database systems, data backup and recovery, and cloud-based security technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with enterprise security and cloud security solutions such as IAM/IdaaS, CASB, and Cloud SOC/SIEM.
  • Knowledge of application security risks and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS & SaaS.
