About the position

The Cybersecurity Program Manager at Aspiriant LLC is a key member of the IT group, responsible for managing the organization's Cybersecurity program and initiatives. This role involves maintaining and enhancing information security policies, developing strategies to mitigate risks, and ensuring business continuity. The manager will also oversee the Cybersecurity training program, promote awareness, and manage relationships with third-party security vendors, all while staying current with Cybersecurity developments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for Cybersecurity throughout the organization.
  • Manage Aspiriant's Cybersecurity program and initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance information security policies.
  • Work with users and departments to understand needs, document requirements, and develop security controls.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to information systems and data.
  • Manage the Cybersecurity training program and promote awareness and safe practices.
  • Act as a promoter and driver of change and process improvement.
  • Perform NIST framework audits.
  • Maintain and enhance the incident response plan.
  • Manage relationships with third-party security vendors.
  • Stay current with Cybersecurity developments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technology field.
  • High proficiency in NIST Cybersecurity framework.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Hands-on technical contributor with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with incident response planning.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
