About the position

The Cybersecurity & Risk Reporting - Senior Application Manager role at Citi involves overseeing the product management of the Information Security (IS) reporting and analytics platform. This position focuses on analyzing IS key indicators, automating data feeds in collaboration with technology partners, and managing the Cognos BI Platform for report production and quality control. The role is critical in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of global information security reporting under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product features of the CISO Business View application in collaboration with the Technology App Dev team and QC testing team.
• Perform periodic operational tasks required to maintain the CISO Business View application, including access approvals and monthly metrics availability announcements.
• Field user questions and provide customer service to users, engaging in product improvement discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology App Dev team and IS Program Teams to automate feeds that supply IS risk data to the CISO Business View application.
• Write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on implemented feeds, promoting them into production upon satisfactory testing.
• Perform quality control on reports for formatting and data issues, comparing source data with PDF reports to identify discrepancies.
• Produce reports and participate in the monthly IS reporting cycle operations as needed.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and Access, presenting findings and reports to stakeholders in clear formats such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or PDF.
• Directly manage and mentor analysts to support ongoing project work.
• Work on CISO Metrics related projects, focusing on the areas mentioned.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Application Product Management and/or Application Development in the Financial Services industry with 2+ years' experience directly managing teams.
• Recent experience in Information Security (IS) and/or IT Risk Management.
• Web-based application development experience.
• Strong IS experience with metrics and the ability to understand key indicators and their significance.
• Strong Project/Product Management skills.
• Experience with dashboard design and application product management.
• Ability to write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and manage the release process through the standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with data modeling, management, reporting, and generation.
• Detailed understanding of the latest data technologies, UI/UX, and solutions for next-generation business needs.
• Experience authoring reports and working with data feeds and automation, familiarity with the Cognos platform is a plus.
• Strong organization, drive, and desire to deliver the best results.
• Adept at multitasking and time management, able to function well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read, understand, and approve Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Ability to write user guides and effective BRDs, visualizing various usage scenarios.
