About the position

The Senior Consultant in Digital Identity at EY will play a crucial role in helping clients manage cybersecurity risks related to identity governance and management. This position focuses on enhancing user experience while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. The consultant will work within various teams to assess and implement identity and access management solutions, contributing to the overall security strategy of clients across different industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals.
• Manage access to resources and services while enforcing business, privacy, and security policies.
• Perform current state assessments and application access assessments.
• Conduct capability maturity and benchmarking assessments.
• Engage in IAM data analytics to enhance identity management processes.
• Develop IAM strategy and roadmaps, including operating models and governance.
• Provide cloud security design and architecture for various cloud service providers.
• Support IAM program management and privileged access management activities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 3-5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in user provisioning and identity management solutions, including design or implementation of user provisioning technologies.
