As a Senior Manager of our Operational Technology (OT) Cyber team, you'll have the opportunity to help clients gain insights into their OT cybersecurity program and strategy as a whole. You will have access to our robust solutions to advise clients on managing cybersecurity risk, enhancing maturity, and improving efficiency. You will belong to an international connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex cybersecurity needs and contributing toward their business resilience. In this role, you will work alongside and lead respected industry professionals, learning about and applying leading practices to better manage OT cybersecurity people, process, and technology capabilities. You will share insights into the design and operations of OT cybersecurity programs and OT cyber strategies in a variety of industries and learn how to design measurable, sustainable programs to keep up with the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape. The role of an OT cybersecurity Senior Manager is to help clients determine appropriate solutions and services and can drive the opportunity to closure. You will work with a national practice, which often includes global team members to support these pursuits and clients. Your responsibilities will include leading the team to implement, deploy, and operate the solutions and services to the clients with the highest quality and integrity. You will implement cybersecurity programs and strategies using our proprietary solutions, deploy solutions to remediate gaps or enhance maturity of specific cybersecurity capabilities, operate cybersecurity measurements and monitoring, and develop sustainable processes. You will gain experience applying risk management principles to a cybersecurity environment and leveraging cybersecurity frameworks/standards like ISO/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients determine appropriate solutions and services and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Lead the team to implement, deploy, and operate cybersecurity solutions and services with high quality and integrity.
  • Implement cybersecurity programs and strategies using proprietary solutions.
  • Deploy solutions to remediate gaps or enhance maturity of specific cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Operate cybersecurity measurements and monitoring.
  • Develop sustainable processes for cybersecurity management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in sales with closing long-term, complex opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage with C-suite, Director, and VP levels.
  • Experience leading diverse teams.
  • Operational technology system and environment experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity assessments.
  • Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
  • Experience in developing security strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience in cybersecurity awareness and training.
  • Experience in cybersecurity metrics and reporting.
  • Experience in cybersecurity organization design and implementation.
  • Strong background in security frameworks and standards such as ISO 62443, NIST 800-82, and OT specific architectures like the Purdue Model.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 60-80%; valid driver's license in the US.

Nice-to-haves

  • CISSP, GICSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified within 1 year from the date of hire.
  • Experience with Operational technology cyber solutions.
