About The Position
The Fortis by Sentinel Managed Security Analyst is responsible for supporting, administering, troubleshooting, and repairing customer issues with a focus on security across various technologies. This role requires excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively while ensuring security measures are upheld. The analyst will manage incidents and requests, stay updated on security intelligence, and may perform health checks and assist with incident response engagements as needed.
