Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced, self-directed Cybersecurity Support Operations Manager to support the United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Information Technology (IT) Support Services contract. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of a full spectrum of IT services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. The Cybersecurity Operations Support Manager will report directly to the program manager and will be responsible for overseeing technically proficient personnel to ensure that enterprise services are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements. In this position, the Cybersecurity Operations Support Manager will provide technical direction to other contractors on SharePoint, Network Health Assessment, and Configuration Management concepts, applying System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. The manager will also be responsible for providing technical coordination and research to exploit cutting-edge technologies, assisting with technical and status updates for briefings and reports on SharePoint, Network Health Assessment, and Configuration Management subjects. Additionally, the role requires the ability to provide oral and written briefs to senior IT managers and to monitor, process, and manage the Systems Requirements Documents (AF3215). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and service management, with a focus on cybersecurity. This position may require short-term deployments to the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility, and the candidate must be able to be on-call as needed. The successful applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, specifically holding a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
