About the position

The Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) at Erias Ventures is responsible for providing synthesized intelligence products to customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence in accordance with customer requirements and the missions of SIGINT, Cybersecurity, and Cyberspace Operations. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently while contributing to the company's mission-focused objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and report intelligence to customers using appropriate reporting vehicles.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources to create comprehensive intelligence products.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory intelligence and information assurance policies.
  • Review products for conformance to reporting standards and AIS framework.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring on written reports to junior analysts.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to meet customer requirements.
  • Handle sensitive reporting and check work products prior to dissemination.

Requirements

  • Current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Information Systems from an accredited college or university (four years of experience accounted for).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in intelligence reporting cryptology work in military or intelligence community organization.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience using Customer Reporting tools (GV required) and applying AIS standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cryptanalytic work in military or intelligence community organization.
  • Excellent analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in writing, editing, or producing senior level technical/analytic reports.
