About the position

The Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Analyst will play a crucial role in fostering a cybersecurity-first culture within the organization. This position involves developing and managing training and awareness programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and effectively communicating cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences. The role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite in Fort Worth, TX, and is structured as a 6+ month contract.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all cybersecurity training and awareness activities.
• Create and review deliverables to foster a 'cybersecurity first' culture.
• Manage relationships with training and awareness vendors.
• Develop and track metrics to measure program success.
• Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in collaboration with policy and audit teams.
• Coordinate with the enterprise training department for mandatory training rollout and tracking.
• Work with Corporate Communications to create and distribute awareness programs.
• Solve problems effectively and work independently.
• Present work status and deliverables concisely.
• Organize and plan efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years in cybersecurity training and awareness; related degree preferred.
• Experience in developing and operating various training and awareness programs (e.g., training courses, communications, phishing campaigns, cyber ranges).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of human risks and behavior change programs.
• Excellent writing skills with strong grammar and punctuation knowledge.
