About The Position

The Cyberspace Operations Team Lead at SAIC is responsible for overseeing the Law Enforcement Cyber Intelligence Coordination Cell (LECI) within the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center. This senior position ensures the continuity, training, and consistency of the LECI team, manages the watch schedule, and provides expertise to support operational changes and process improvements. The role requires collaboration with various teams to maintain synchronization and effectiveness in operations, and it is a full-time, on-site position at Fort Meade, Maryland.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Poly.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cyberspace Operations, Telecommunications, or a related functional area.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Desired minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification, CSSP Incident Responder, or CSSP Infrastructure Support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track the LECI watch schedule.
• Maintain accountability of all LECI team members on watch.
• Approve time off for LECI team members and ensure responsibilities are covered during leave.
• Supervise LECI Coordination Cell activities and deliverables production.
• Provide training and support documentation for the LECI Coordination Cell.
• Attend meetings relevant to LECI Coordination Cell or where LECI subject matter expertise is required.
