About the position

CYCLEBAR® is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join their team as instructors at the Carmel Valley location. The role focuses on delivering engaging indoor cycling classes that inspire and motivate participants, while also providing comprehensive training and certification to ensure instructors are well-prepared to lead classes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging indoor cycling classes for participants of varying skill levels.
• Inspire and motivate guests to achieve their fitness goals during classes.
• Demonstrate advanced CycleBar riding techniques in various paces.
• Create a fun and energetic atmosphere that enhances the cycling experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve teaching skills.

Requirements

• Passion for cycling and fitness.
• High energy and a fun, pleasing personality.
• Ability to motivate and inspire guests.
• Demonstrated advanced CycleBar riding technique.
• Previous fitness teaching experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in teaching fitness classes.
• Certification in indoor cycling or related fitness programs.
