Cycle Counters are responsible for conducting daily and weekly cycle counts, performing full warehouse inventory annually, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical counts. They will research discrepancies and support the product recall process. Additionally, they will support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items. The role also involves ensuring proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verifying the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards. Cycle Counters will coordinate will call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
