About The Position
Our dedicated distribution team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. In the Diamond & Gemstone Department, stones are sorted accurately with careful handling and precise paperwork. Orders are hand-counted using tools like tweezers, digital gauges, and scales. Matching stones by cut, color, and clarity is essential, and all orders are processed in Oracle. The Diamond & Gemstone Order Processor is responsible for efficiently filling customer orders of loose diamonds and gemstones, under the leadership of the Order Processing Supervisor.
