About the position

The Direct To Consumer Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth strategies for E-Commerce, Digital Subscriptions, and Social Media. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to achieving key business metrics, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies that align with the vision and business objectives.
  • Define growth strategies to achieve product market fit and a scalable business model.
  • Be responsible for achieving and improving key business metrics such as active users, active subscriptions, unit sales, customer retention, cost of customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple channels, including social and select traditional media.
  • Utilize data analytics to track key growth metrics, identify insights, and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, e-commerce revenue, and digital subscriptions in a direct-to-consumer business model.
  • Proven track record of establishing product-market fit and driving significant revenue growth and market expansion in e-commerce and digital subscriptions, preferably in a consumer tech startup.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital customer acquisition channels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
