About the position

The Material Handler position at Kraft Heinz in Winchester is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt of all SAP ordered items, including primary, secondary, and raw materials. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as it significantly impacts various operational areas. The position also emphasizes adherence to safety and quality standards, as well as effective collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

• Receiving primary, secondary, and raw materials into SAP that deliver into the plant or contracted warehouses.
• Maintaining accurate shipping paperwork, Certificate of Analysis, driver information, and other receiving information in line with Kraft Heinz standards.
• Handling discrepancies that may arise in the receiving process.
• Maintaining Employee Food Safety Awareness.
• Flexibility to work all hours and weekends as necessary.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks at once.
• Understanding of batch run materials.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), HACCP, USDA standards, and safety protocols.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
