As a D&T Analytics Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the analytics landscape within the organization. You will be responsible for drafting the "art of possible" across the analytics value chain, collaborating closely with senior business stakeholders, including heads of businesses, fund managers, operations leads, and client services personnel. Your responsibilities will include articulating business problems, quantifying impacts, and managing the execution of analytics projects in partnership with implementation and delivery teams. You will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders across select businesses, applying your domain knowledge to design, deliver, and support high-value solutions. This role is situated within the Advanced Analytics and AI Engineering team, which is tasked with enabling and delivering analytics engineering needs from design to execution. In this position, you will design and quantify a high-impact analytics use case pipeline that encompasses digital dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI, with a strong emphasis on delivering business value. You will lead and manage the funnel across various stages of ideation, solutioning, delivery, and adoption, clearly articulating the state of affairs through qualitative and quantitative KPIs. Building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and establishing an AI council to drive advanced analytics ideations will be crucial to your success. You will also facilitate design thinking workshops and UI/UX visualizations, ensuring that end-state deliverables are adopted and provide value. As the single point of accountability for use cases, you will work closely with business stakeholders and analytics delivery teams to prioritize use cases and maximize value extraction. Additionally, you will contribute to change management efforts, training, and stakeholder upskilling, while partnering with stakeholders to identify dependencies and fill analytics engineering product gaps.
