About the position

The D2D Sales Development Representative (SDR) at The D2D Experts plays a crucial role in driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. This position is designed for individuals who are ambitious, goal-driven, and possess a competitive spirit. The SDR will be responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly quotas related to qualified appointments, demos, and closed deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role within a SaaS company, particularly in a B2B environment. In this role, the SDR will utilize various sales methodologies such as ANUM, MEDPICC, BANT, and Sales Challenger to effectively engage potential clients. The SDR will be expected to develop qualified leads through multiple channels, including referrals, marketing campaigns, and outbound prospecting. Strong communication skills are essential, as the SDR will need to cultivate relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that they understand the benefits of the products and services offered. The SDR will also be responsible for memorizing key business personae profiles to tailor their communication effectively. This includes qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, contacting potential clients through a mix of media, and presenting the company in a benefit-centric manner. The role requires a self-starter who is highly motivated and can contribute to a positive team atmosphere while maintaining a relentless focus on achieving sales goals. The SDR will collaborate closely with Account Executives to strategize and plan for client meetings and demos, ensuring that they are well-prepared to showcase the company's unique value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos with potential clients.
  • Develop qualified leads from referrals, marketing campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Memorize and understand the common business personae profiles and their specific needs.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients using a mix of communication methods including voicemails, cold calls, social media, and emails.
  • Discuss strategies for industry white spacing and events with Account Executives.
  • Present the company to potential clients in a benefit-centric manner.
  • Become an expert in discovering prospective client needs through open-ended questioning.
  • Quickly build trusting relationships with clients and demonstrate relevant products or services.
  • Generate referrals using social media to connect with prospects and clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities daily to supplement inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for account planning and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS company and B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with sales methodologies such as ANUM, MEDPICC, BANT, and Sales Challenger.
  • Experience with leads, sales automation, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain integrity in all interactions.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Self-starter with a highly motivated attitude.
  • Ability to contribute to a fun and positive atmosphere.
