About the position

The D365 Application Specialist at Permobil is responsible for driving the integration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance sales operations and improve customer relationships. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and internal IT to streamline business workflows, ensuring the D365 platform aligns with the company's operational needs. The specialist will also support the planning and execution of D365 implementations, focusing on Finance & Operations (F&O), CRM, and Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration, configuration, and optimization of D365 solutions to improve sales processes.
• Act as the primary expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring alignment with Permobil's D365 template.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities to enhance sales processes.
• Design and implement end-to-end business processes from sales quotes to order fulfillment in F&O.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of all D365 related applications.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot system performance.
• Create and maintain documentation including user guides and process flows.
• Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement in D365 modules.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in F&O, CRM, and sales automation.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify their needs and provide guidance on system functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience as a D365 Application Specialist or similar role.
• Strong focus on Sales operations and expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O), CRM, Power Platform, and Field Apps.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing solutions in D365 applications.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within D365.
• Knowledge of Azure services and data integrations between D365 modules and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
