About the position

The D365 CE Senior Technology Architect at Infosys is responsible for formulating technical solutions based on customer requirements for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role involves configuring applications, gathering requirements, preparing architectural documents, and guiding project teams in implementing best practices. The architect will also play a key role in data migration strategies and contribute to the development of consulting solutions that meet client needs in a dynamic global landscape.

Responsibilities

• Formulate D365 CE technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK.
• Conduct requirements gathering and discovery workshops.
• Prepare Solution Architecture and Design documents using D365 CE best practices.
• Draft data migration plans from legacy applications to D365 CE.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development and internal capability building.
• Identify best-fit architectural solutions for Dynamics modules and develop application designs.
• Provide support and guidance to project teams on complex coding and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in MSCRM.
• Experience in managing technical roadmaps for business applications including ERP and CRM solutions.
• Designing and developing end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 and integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, and integrations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in 2 full-cycle implementations of Online Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of CDS / CDM and MDM.
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.
• TOGAF certification.
