About the position

The D365 CRM Developer is responsible for leveraging their extensive technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring successful planning, execution, and release of software updates. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams to maintain project health and track milestones, while also managing integrations and technical solutions within the Power Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate planning, execution, and release activities for sprint releases.
  • Work closely with planning, engineering, and business teams to prepare release plans and track milestones.
  • Maintain project health dashboards and provide awareness of project health metrics.
  • Drive regular communication with engineering teams and stakeholders to track issues, action items, and risks.
  • Bridge the gap across project stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Plan and attend daily, weekly meetings and monthly governance calls.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience as a D365 CE Technical Developer.
  • Strong knowledge in CE technical aspects including Workflow, plugins, Javascript, jQuery, Typescript, C#, CSS, Web API, and PCF.
  • Expertise in Cloud Development, specifically Azure Full Stack.
  • Experience with Plugins, Power Automate flows, and Power Platform.
  • Good knowledge of integrations with third-party systems.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 CRM & Azure is desirable.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
