About the position

The D365 Customer Service Business Solutions Architect (BSA) at Avanade Inc. is responsible for providing technical and solution envisioning expertise to support sales teams. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, driving proposal efforts, and offering technical sales support specifically for D365 Solutions for Customer Service. The BSA will engage in lead qualification, opportunity assessment, and proposal development, contributing to the overall success of the Integrated Go-To-Market function.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and solution envisioning expertise to sales teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and drive proposal efforts.
  • Specialize in D365 Solutions for Customer Service.
  • Engage in lead qualification and opportunity assessment.
  • Deliver quality presentations and customized product demonstrations.
  • Manage customer information using internal tools such as CRM systems.
  • Serve as the Solution lead for new opportunities and support transition into delivery.
  • Build relationships with Accenture, Microsoft, and industry groups.
  • Represent Avanade at customer/industry events and conduct webinars.
  • Contribute to the development of Avanade intellectual property.

Requirements

  • Deep functional and technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE for Customer Service.
  • Ability to articulate integration architectures and development tools/products.
  • Experience in Business Process Analysis and Design.
  • Knowledge of Contact/Call Center ISV solutions.
  • Significant experience in CRM, preferably in pre-sales or customer solution development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Voice, Power Platform, and Office365.
