About the position

As a Senior D365 Engineer at EY, you will play a pivotal role in developing and integrating user interfaces across various platforms, including mobile, web, and tablet. This position focuses on providing clients with innovative technological solutions that enhance their competitiveness in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will work closely with client teams, leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services integral to software architecture.
  • Actively participate in the design of software components and translate requirements into technical design and tasks.
  • Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks.
  • Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
  • Analyze and fix moderate to complex problems during development and support, documenting and communicating results appropriately.
  • Participate in white-boarding sessions and impact analysis to improve the overall development process.
  • Learn new client information quickly and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.
  • Define and execute deliverables with efficiency and manage completion of deliverables.
  • Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses.
  • Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead.

Requirements

  • A four-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Extensive experience with C#.
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
  • Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and application development tools.
  • Quality assurance and software development expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional agility.
  • Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics.
  • Certifications and prior consulting experience.
  • Ongoing learning and adaptability.
  • Digital fluency.
  • Effective outcome driving abilities.
