About the position

The Senior Solution Architect at Hitachi Solutions is responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role requires advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of various solution areas, including supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, and finance. The architect will oversee the implementation of business solutions, support technical specialists, and engage with clients to solve complex problems while fostering executive-level relationships. Additionally, the position involves participating in business development activities and managing presales discoveries to align solutions with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of business solution components using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Assist in identifying and solving complex customer problems.
• Deliver strategic presentations to various audience sizes.
• Foster executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in business development activities and support existing projects.
• Manage presales discoveries and analyze business processes to demonstrate solutions.
• Provide guidance on strategic areas such as ALM, integration, and security strategies.
• Coach and mentor team members and facilitate peer reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ ERP large scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Presales experience preferred with knowledge of sales processes.
• Knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies such as Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, and DevOps.
• Experience working with Common Data Services for integration with Dynamics 365.
• Strong industry and D365 Finance and Operations product knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations certifications.
• Intellectual curiosity around emerging enterprise technologies.
• Experience dealing with ISVs and IPs.
