About the position

The D365 Field Service Business Architect role is focused on leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. The position requires a hands-on technical expert with a deep understanding of the Field Service lifecycle, capable of managing projects from inception to successful implementation while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and major cybersecurity frameworks.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Manage project scope and scale, particularly for large implementations.

Requirements
