About the position

The D365 Software Developer role involves developing and enhancing applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet various business needs. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to automate and streamline business functions, as well as integration with third-party systems. The developer will also assist in migrating from legacy software and support user requests for data exports.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and test custom-designed applications to extend the core functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Communicate with stakeholders to determine effective methods for automating, enhancing, extending, or streamlining business functions.
• Integrate with 3rd-party systems using APIs (REST / SOAP).
• Assist in migrating away from legacy internal software, including updating software and integrating it with Dynamics.
• Migrate data to a 3rd party and connect to their API, or assist with the transition to existing Dynamics features.
• Occasionally assist with the daily support of legacy internal software.
• Occasionally assist with user requests for data exports from various sources.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree or Microsoft Certification.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in Dynamics 365 development.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 X++, ODATA, and RESTful services.
• Exposure to Code Promotion Pipeline (compile and deploy).
• Experience with Microsoft .NET.
• Experience coding in C#.
