About the position

The DaaS Solutions Consultant at ZoomInfo is a pivotal role focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights for customers. This position involves guiding clients through the presales process, showcasing the capabilities of the Go-To-Market (GTM) platform, and collaborating with various teams to create comprehensive documentation and training materials. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction with the data solutions provided.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into the needs of our customers, discovering opportunities, and envisioning how our data solution can revolutionize their GTM operations.
  • Showcase expertise by presenting tailored solution options to clients, making the complex world of data more accessible.
  • Demonstrate mastery of data concepts to instill confidence in customers, turning data skeptics into enthusiastic advocates.
  • Produce solution design documentation that exceeds customer expectations, showcasing the ability to turn ideas into reality.
  • Facilitate the seamless transition from presales to delivery by sharing insights and expertise, ensuring a smooth handover for delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with technical writers, programmers, software architects, marketing specialists, and project managers to develop user guides, white papers, manuals, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of data and technology experience, ideally in a GTM environment
  • Advanced knowledge of GTM data, systems, and integrations
  • Strong data analytical skills to transform information into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of CRMs, marketing automation, data warehousing, cloud systems, and data management
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse team to develop documentation and training.
