About the position

The IT Applications Project Manager for Housing Systems will lead the transition from Tenmast WinTen2+ to Yardi Voyager, ensuring successful implementation and integration of housing management software. This role requires strong project management skills, data analysis expertise, and proficiency in HUD PIC reporting, while maintaining data integrity and compliance across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the housing software transition project.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to provide technical and operational support.
• Oversee data analysis and cleanup activities to ensure data quality during migration.
• Develop and refine HUD PIC and compliance-related reports to adhere to HUD standards.
• Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for staff support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, focusing on housing management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Tenmast WinTen2+, and HUD reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data migration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in project management (PMP or similar) or application management.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation for housing systems.
• Knowledge of Housing Choice Voucher Program lifecycle and financial management.
