Fresh Take Grocery is seeking a Dairy and Frozen Foods Manager to oversee the dairy and frozen departments, ensuring high standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure freshness of all dairy and frozen products
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff morale
• Create and manage weekly schedules for department employees
• Oversee ordering of supplies and products for the department
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Achieve and maintain gross profit and sales goals
• Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in dairy/frozen management or a related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and profit goals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Must be at least 18 years of age
