About the position

The Dairy Monitoring Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role is pivotal in helping customers maximize the value of the company's technology portfolio, particularly in the dairy sector. The specialist will be responsible for training customers and distributors on sensor technology data related to reproduction, health, and milk production, while also guiding them through the change management process associated with product implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Deliver and develop training for end customers, distributors, and distributor representatives.
  • Train end users to successfully enter, interpret, and analyze sensor technology data.
  • Assist customers and their staff in the change management journey related to product implementation.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Teams to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the dairy business and its operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support customers.
  • Ability to provide patient and effective training to diverse audiences.
