About The Position
The Dance Coach position at Crossroads YMCA is a part-time role focused on providing high-quality dance instruction to children, teens, and adults. The coach is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the enjoyment of dance, and assisting in membership development and retention. This role requires teaching, choreographing, and leading energizing dance classes while building authentic relationships with participants and their families.
