As a DashMart Team Member at DoorDash, you will play a crucial role in our innovative convenience store concept. DashMart allows customers to order a variety of convenience items through the DoorDash app, and your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack these orders efficiently. This position requires you to work in a real, brick-and-mortar store environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled and handed off to our delivery drivers. You will also manage inventory and spoilage, ensuring that all items are stocked appropriately and that their shelf life is monitored. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse is essential, as is delighting our customers by ensuring that any necessary substitutions are approved before packing the orders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work various shifts, including morning, day, evening, and weekends, with both part-time and full-time options available. The position offers competitive pay, with an additional $2 increase for shifts worked between 10 PM and 6 AM.
