As a Data & AI Strategy Manager, you will shape the vision and create opportunities for Data & AI led business reinvention within the Banking & Capital Markets industry. In this role you will define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages. You will assess maturity of an organization's data and AI foundation, define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model. You will create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy, infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. You will identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions, create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities, drive data & AI agenda for Banking & Capital Markets clients, lead small to medium sized teams with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge, effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties, and support client sales origination and thought leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
- Drive data & AI agenda for Banking & Capital Markets clients.
- Lead small to medium sized teams with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge.
- Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services / management consulting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics and AI within Capital Markets and Banking
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise data management & governance including analytics experience in Banking and Capital Markets
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing the organization of systems that incorporate artificial intelligence techniques and capabilities, and creating frameworks and structures to enable the development and deployment of AI applications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with developing and deploying data lineage and data quality capabilities.
- Prior experience in any combination of the following: dealing with large data sets, change initiatives, and capturing current- and target-state design in a functional or technical capacity; extracting, aggregating, and structuring large volumes of data in the context of analytics.
- Knowledge of risk data-related regulatory requirements and trends, such as Basel, BCBS239, CCAR, CECL
- Mastery in developing presentations using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree
