Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. The Data Analyst 2 will play a crucial role in implementing methodologies, research questions, evaluations, and analysis plans, demonstrating progressive growth in understanding and leadership of quantitative analyses. In this position, the Data Analyst 2 will conduct both simple and complex quantitative analyses using SQL, R, and SPSS, among other analysis and statistical software tools. The role requires the ability to visualize, interpret, report, and creatively communicate data findings. The analyst will also develop and maintain local databases, map and conduct analysis on source data files of varied formats, and provide technical assistance and training in the use of data collection tools. Additionally, the analyst will assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance procedures for all analyses, providing guidance and oversight to less senior staff. The Data Analyst 2 will facilitate the implementation of research projects, ensuring quality and timely completion, and support the evaluation team in preparing data requests to access administrative datasets. This role aids the decision-making process of internal teams by building results that present insightful data summaries and clear support for conclusions and recommendations. The analyst will compile results and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation of outcomes, showing consistent growth and independence in complexity and quality of work. Facilitating discussions with client stakeholders, interpreting findings, and developing reports will also be key responsibilities. The analyst will develop competency in federal and state policy and understand the service delivery system for programs administered by states and monitored by federal regulators. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
