About the position

The Data Analyst position supports the Developer Relations and Operations Management team by providing reporting and tracking needs related to developer hardware. The role involves managing the setup of accounts, hardware shipping, and operational tasks in SAP, while also focusing on data analysis and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support the Developer Relations and Operations Management team with reporting and tracking needs.
• Work with partners through the onboarding cycle to complete their account setup in Salesforce.
• Ensure correct agreements and documentation are in place prior to seeding studios with pre-release hardware.
• Set up Devkits in cooperation with customer service.
• Ensure appropriate shipping and finance approvals from Operations, Finance, and Snapdragon Studio team.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Inventory management teams to ship out hardware.
• Confirm in the system that partners have access to software distribution sites.
• Collect and analyze data to develop reports.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track Studios, agreements, and hardware seeding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and build requirements as needed.
• Manage inventory levels for Salesforce shipments and report on shipped/in-stock levels.
• Track all Studios hardware across all accounts and report to ensure ramp.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create reports that include manipulation of data for visual representation and data analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce or SAP.
• 2-4 years of exposure to financial or data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to discern when to push back on stakeholders and escalate to upper management.
• Ability to deploy critical thinking skills while working with upper leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Warehousing, Computer Science, or other related degree.
