The Data Analyst position at AssuredPartners is a 90-day temporary contract role focused on supporting a time-sensitive project involving data review and analysis. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness before importing it into the reporting system. This position offers an opportunity to prove oneself with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Review client data for completeness and resolve discrepancies with clients.
• Compile data from multiple sources and prepare files using Excel.
• Verify data imported into the reporting system against source data.
• Initiate corrections by re-entering, re-uploading, or manually correcting data.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities efficiently to meet strict turnaround times.
• Communicate and respond to routine and non-routine correspondence for clients.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Represent AssuredPartners positively with internal and external customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Maintain composure under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience in a related role preferred but not required.
• Experience using the V-lookup function in Microsoft Excel.
