About the position

The Data Analyst (AI/ML) position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on leveraging data analytics and machine learning to drive business insights and decision-making. This role is hybrid, requiring the analyst to work onsite three days a week in Charlotte. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing data models, and implementing machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems. The position requires a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and R, as well as experience with big data concepts and cloud data warehousing technologies such as Hadoop and Snowflake. In this role, the Data Analyst will be expected to write complex SQL statements to build data tables and produce insightful reports. The analyst will also utilize visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to present data findings in a clear and actionable manner. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as the analyst will need to interpret data trends and patterns to inform business strategies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and enhancing the data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for various stakeholders. The position is expected to last for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and databases.

  • Strong technical knowledge in data analytics reporting and management.
  • Experience in implementing machine learning algorithms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with additional data platforms such as Oracle and Teradata.
