About the position

The Data Analytics Manager, Client Analytics role focuses on empowering the Customer Success team with actionable insights to enhance client performance. This position requires a blend of technical skills, business acumen, and product intuition, emphasizing a consultative approach to analytics. The ideal candidate will work with top E-Commerce and Publisher brands, leveraging business intelligence tools to improve client performance and streamline processes for the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Customer Success to understand client data needs and provide one-off or automated scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Customer Success, and Performance Strategy teams to implement solutions based on unique business needs.
  • Design reports, dashboards, alerts, and other automated solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as the domain expert for representing performance using the business intelligence tool, Looker.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all Wunderkind products to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Analyze data to unlock actionable insights and communicate complex results clearly to clients and the customer success team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a closely related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in E-Commerce, Consulting, or Ads.
  • Experience working with clients or multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Omniture and Google Analytics preferred) and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop insights from complex data structures.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing activities and common industry metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for data.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
