About the position

The Data Analyst - Compliance role at Crown Equipment Corporation involves analyzing, reviewing, and monitoring InfoLink Support and Data Services activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations, contractual obligations, ISO standards, and the company's security policies. The position requires collaboration with various teams to recommend solutions for data practices that are out of compliance and to coordinate the implementation of Information Security Policies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and monitor Company's InfoLink contracts to validate adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Submit areas of non-conformity to Compliance and IT teams and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Monitor to ensure non-compliance issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with Data Services teams to ensure data processing policies adhere to ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and contractual obligations.
  • Work with Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Answer questions from internal departments regarding processes and procedures.
  • Submit Data Services projects to Compliance and IT for approval prior to implementation.
  • Monitor project processes and coordinate implementation of solutions with Data Services teams.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with IT, Compliance, Engineering, Sales, and other teams for project completion.
  • Review completed projects for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and policies to conform to Information Security policies.
  • Document Data Services policies for secure development, testing, quality assurance, data security, data governance, data retention, and access.
  • Assist technical support teams with policy documentation relating to firmware and software updates.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Cyber Security, or Information Technology
  • Non-degree considered with 12+ years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a combination with a technical degree
  • Compliance and Cyber Security experience
  • Project management experience
