About the position

We are seeking a proficient Data Analyst/Data Mapper to join our team, focusing on Salesforce (SFDC) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping data to support various business processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires strong expertise in SFDC CRM, Excel, and data modeling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and reports generated from SFDC to support Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes
  • Utilize Excel to perform detailed data analysis and generate insightful reports
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making
  • Map data across different systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to support integration and migration projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of SFDC CRM, including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes
  • Utilize CRMA for advanced data analysis and reporting (bonus)
  • Familiarity with Sales IDS, QlikView, and other data modeling tools (bonus)
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure data integrity and alignment with business processes
  • Engage with the SFDC Release Manager and other team members to coordinate data-related activities and timelines
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis and mapping processes
  • Provide regular reporting on data analysis outcomes and data mapping progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis and data mapping, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) environments
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of SFDC CRM, including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics)
  • Familiarity with Sales IDS, QlikView, and other data modeling tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
