Responsibilities

• Assists with creating and standardizing progress and completion reports of operational milestones across the agency programs.
• Collaborates with management to support aligned processes that lower cost of care, improve health outcomes, and enhance patient experience.
• Facilitates the collaboration of operations, patient experience leaders, and process improvement to ensure high quality, low risk patient experiences.
• Responsible for facilitating the development of systems that support population health.
• Collaborates with the Analytics team to develop actionable information for population health management.
• Receives training in basic statistical analysis to assess program implementation and inform program improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in word processing software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with internet software and database software.
• Healthcare-specific analysis experience.
