Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and solutions for data analysis and modeling.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with departments and customers to define requirements and understand business problems.
• Develop information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor business performance.
• Create solutions from initial concept to fully tested production and communicate results to diverse audiences.
• Extract and compile data from various systems to identify and analyze outliers.
• Set up processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending department data.
• Prepare state mandated reports and analysis.
• Research, develop, and document new standard reports or processes as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis.

• 3-5 years of healthcare experience.
