Position Title: Data Analyst I Department: Primary Care Reports To: Director of Clinic Operations Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. (TTC) is seeking a Data Analyst with OCHIN/EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) functionality skills. The data analyst will plan, document, and execute EMR features and functionality as per TTC requirements. The data analyst will also conduct problem analysis and issue resolution for challenges related to OCHIN/EPIC. The Data Analyst's main focus will be in our dental department EPIC/Wisdom integration and will apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures, and complete moderately complex assignments within this integration. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA rules and regulations. Under the direction of TTC's senior EPIC Data Analyst and Epic Physician Builder, the data analyst will perform specialized healthcare information systems analysis. This includes documenting process flows, standardizing data elements across all settings, and partnering with clinical and administrative teams to develop solutions that meet their needs within Epic/Wisdom. The analyst will assist in the implementation and optimization of Epic/Wisdom software, provide support to end-users, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations are functioning properly. The position also involves creating and deactivating user accounts, ensuring permissions and access levels for staff are set correctly, and participating in training clinical and administrative staff on established workflows. The data analyst will create basic reports for clinical documentation, auditing, and data requests. Some travel may be required for training at TTC locations. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
