Responsibilities

  • Collect data from various sources and lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of HS-DEI related data.
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and synthesize findings to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to analyze data sets, including descriptive and inferential statistics.
  • Interpret analysis results and compile findings into clear reports or summaries with visualizations.
  • Provide support to research efforts with multidisciplinary teams, assisting in methodology development and data interpretation.
  • Maintain organized data repositories and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, SPSS, or Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Strong literature review skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and study design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
