About the position

The Data Analyst III role involves creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models using various Autodesk products, primarily Revit, Client, and AutoCAD. The position requires collaboration with project teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of BIM models while developing and enforcing BIM standards. The role also includes automating tasks using Dynamo for Revit and providing training to junior team members. This position is critical for maintaining compliance with company standards and ensuring the quality of BIM models.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage BIM models using Revit, Client, and AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards and Revit Families Library to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
  • Utilize Dynamo for Revit to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency
  • Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts using programming languages such as Python or C#
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for BIM modeling
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software and workflows
  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and guidelines
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk products (Revit, Client, and AutoCAD)
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Client, and AutoCAD
  • Experience with Dynamo for Revit
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C#
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with other Autodesk products such as Navisworks, Inventor, or Fusion 360
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Knowledge of LEED AP or other sustainability certifications
  • Experience working on large-scale projects or with complex geometry
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with ICT design and data center projects
  • Certification in Autodesk Revit
