About the position

The Data Analyst III position at Aeyon involves conducting comprehensive data analytics to provide critical information and insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and solution development. The role requires the implementation of data standards and the deployment of automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from various sources, transforming this data into actionable metrics. A key aspect of the job is collaboration with Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialists and stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs, objectives, and requirements. In this role, the analyst will construct data sets, monitor data quality, and troubleshoot any database issues to ensure the integrity of the data. The use of scripting and querying tools such as Python, R, or SQL, along with data visualization and business intelligence (BI) tools, is essential for producing reports, data files, and dashboards. Additionally, the analyst will administer post-implementation surveys and monitor results to collect data, perform analyses, and measure the impact of changes made within the organization. This includes identifying and categorizing all stakeholders affected by changes and analyzing the implications of proposed changes on various organizational aspects, including processes, systems, culture, and personnel. The position typically reports to the contractor's program manager and/or the Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. This role is hybrid, requiring presence within 50 miles of Scott AFB, IL, and necessitates a valid Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analytics to provide insights for decision-making and solution development.

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.
  • Experience with SQL is required.
  • Valid Secret Clearance is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with USTRANSCOM is preferred.
