About the position

The Data Analyst III and Senior Data Analyst positions at the Suwannee River Water Management District are critical roles focused on the collection, compilation, review, analysis, and interpretation of environmental data. These positions are essential for maintaining and integrating the District's environmental data, which is vital for protecting Florida's water resources. The successful candidates will be responsible for automating data processes, developing quality control procedures, and assessing data needs and formats to ensure the integrity and usability of the data collected. In these roles, analysts will manage various datasets, including hydrologic, agricultural, and water quality monitoring data. They will oversee the Hydstra database and data imports, identifying and developing solutions for data management needs that support the work of other District offices.
