Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults aged 18-29, providing them with essential technical and professional skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized mentorship. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary tools to launch their careers successfully, offering access to internships with leading organizations and an educational stipend during the internship phase.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with partner organizations.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
• Build professional business and communication skills.
• Develop interviewing and networking skills.
• Create and refine resumes.

Requirements

• Must be 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.
