Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults aged 18-29, providing them with essential skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized mentorship. The program aims to equip participants with both technical and professional skills, facilitating their entry into the workforce or further education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Exelon Corporation, Bank of America, and United Airlines.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Build professional business and communication skills, including resume building and networking.
• Complete coursework that may be eligible for college credit.

Requirements

• Must be between 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.
