About the position

The Jeweler Solutions team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern for a summer internship. This role provides hands-on experience in the jewelry and insurance industry, focusing on operations, technology, and customer support. The intern will assist in key projects aimed at optimizing workflows, improving customer experiences, and supporting strategic initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for students interested in business operations, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of web content to ensure information is current and relevant.
• Develop and implement methods for continuous content updates and tracking.
• Maintain data accuracy by identifying and resolving inconsistencies in databases.
• Support preparation and execution of key projects through detailed research and resource management.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Review and update existing materials for consistency and accessibility.
• Assist with the refinement of onboarding procedures and maintenance of internal systems.
• Manage and implement updates in internal systems to reflect accurate information.
• Provide administrative and operational support across various tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program at an accredited technical school, college, or university.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong interest in research and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce and data visualization is a plus.
